"e2i" Section in Forums?

Post by duggi »

We have special forums for ///M cars, for diesels and for Forced Induction...can we get a forum for the m20 e2i folks? I think there's enough of us out there now that having a central place for us to collaborate on our very specific setups might be helpful. Not going to complain if it doesn't get done, just tossing the idea out there.

I won't have anything nice to say about it, probably better that we don't.

I don't have anything nice to say about Forced-Induction S38s, but I keep my mouth shut like my mother taught me.

I think this'd be a great idea for lots of reasons, but if for no other reason than to clarify all the misinformation that is out there regarding this conversion.

Would really appreciate this topic category, am planning on doing this and though have gathered a few old articles & postings; real world experience, parts lists, testimonials, etc. would speed the process measurably. Maybe even a build thread?

Fine idea, looking forward to subscribing to.

IMO a FAQ would be great, but not really a full subforum.

Not sure I understand. Is it E 2 1 or as you've written E 2 i? If it's E-21, the first generation 3 series, I get it. If it's E-2i, never heard of it. What is it?
BTW I have some NOS parts for the E-21: L 1/4 panel, sunroof cables, driver side window regulator etc. Thanks

I think a wiki would be best.

It's about converting an eta engine to an "i" engine. "e to i"
