The E39 2 piece wheels, painted gold looks fantastic and I'd love a set for my car. If you're looking for a twentieth set of wheels or whatever, I'll upload a picture.

Please elaborate how you did the rear calipers.
You say E39 M5 is same calipers as E34, but not the carriers? So what combo carrier/caliper did you end up using on your set up?

I've been looking for the E34 rear carriers for ages while calipers collecting dust...

But do the E39 caliper fit the E90 pins?
Wonder if that match could work on the 328x20 if you only found the right pads?

Hi
My jaw dropped reading your build thread.
I also want to convert to a steering rack.
Any advise on doing it?
What exactly did you do you link the rack with the column? Could a double u-joint work in the engine bay?
What exactly did you do for tierods?
What clearance issues dit you have? The power steering lines on the rack itself?
What did you do for power steering lines (feed and return)? No issues with the power brakes?

i noticed that you flipped the position of the tierods and that you used spacers for that.
Are those off the shelve parts? i have seen vw beetle/golf tierod inserts or some made for jeep.
Are those the ones that you used?
