Cables and ties

Post by milarsky »

I hope everyone is surviving!

I've recently begun to order many cables, clips and ties for all the wiring in the engine bay of my M5. Realoem is not really specific on where each one goes, and so many of my clips etc have been replaced by cable ties throughout the years. Is there a better source which shows exactly where each one was originally from the factory?

many thanks,
jeff

Yes, please post to the list! I’ve hoping to get everything as original as possible too.

Thanks!

Marek kindly sent me pictures, but most of his cables were simply cable ties. I am looking for all the original cables and hooks, and fuel/electrical line separators found all over the engine bay. Might someone have some detailed pics?

best,
jeff

Would really like to have something like this for BMWs; hey vendors how about throwing us consumers a bone here.

This is for PORSCHE only as far as I know (from "Rennlist" website forum).
