I definitely want a green/green stripe windshield shipped to Atlanta. See my PM. Let me know where I should send the deposit.
Thanks,
Mike

I am looking for an original-style (green?) one. Are any still available? I am located in Vermont, fortunately for most things, unfortunately for this

Hi Peter, I'd be happy to ship one up to beautiful Vermont, but solo shipping of a windshield is killing (approx. $300)Schnitzel wrote:I am looking for an original-style (green?) one. Are any still available? I am located in Vermont, fortunately for most things, unfortunately for this

I know there are some NY based people interested in a windshield. If we can ship a crate to a central point it might work as it will dramatically bring down the shipping cost.
Let's wait and collect all people in the NE corner for some orders?
Best

Ivo,
Is it too late to order a green with green stripe for pickup in San Diego? Thanks!

Re: New Windshield from Europe for St.Paddy's day
All Green/Green's are gone for now I'm affraid.
The Green ones without the 'sunvisor-line' are still available and I can add one for the San Diego shipment.
To clarify the difference, they are exactly the same, Saint-Gobain's, but don't have the upper green stripe
This is an E28 in Delphinggrey with the single Green windshield:

If I could get orders for 2 or 3, would shipping become more economical?

Ivo,
Put me down for one if you can get some to the Northeast. I'm in central NJ but happy to travel to pick one up.
Thanks,
Jeff

I PM'ed Ivo and you Jeff in efforts to put together some sort of group shipping to the northeast. If anybody else is interested in shipping to the NE you can PM me or email me directly at Lockenvitzp@gmail.com Thanks! -Phil
Re: New Windshield from Europe for St.Paddy's day
perfect Phil, hope that works out.
A crate will cost €300 to ship, so with 6 windshields in it, the price is already down to €50 per windshield.
Anyone in the NE should mail Phil and CC me in on the email so I can make a list.

Ivo,
Sent an email but haven't heard back on when you want a deposit.
you have me on the confirmed list though
and actually, if theres a florida shipment, that would be closer for me than atlanta.

Mines coming over in the backseat of the white car... Can fit one more or so in there too? ( don't really want to be responsible for more than mine but happy to help)geordi wrote:Chimi-Changa is getting glass and lives in the NE. The plan so far is at least four coming to the south east Florida area. Adding a 5th should be fine. Any other takers? I'm not sure of the limit as to how many will fit on a pallet, since I was planning to order some euro parts too to share the ride.al525i wrote:Ivo,

Re: New Windshield from Europe for St.Paddy's day
Justin, Now that you mention it, Ivo recently emailed me back that he was putting a FL group but that's the last I've heard from him. I am definitively in if there's space and of course a Green-Green windshield that Ivo can source for me. Thank you for offering.Justin_FL wrote:The plan so far is at least four coming to the south east Florida area. Adding a 5th should be fine. Any other takers?
