I've got one. Took it out of my M5 after getting 5 BBS RS211s refinished, so I don't need it as a spare.
It still has the original Pirelli P6 mounted and it looks like it has hardly been on the ground. However, it has been curbed. My guess is that this wheel was curbed early in the car's life and the spare was swapped out for it.
Be glad to send you some photos if you are interested. Not willing to ship the wheel w/tire but could get the Pirelli off and pack the wheel for shipping pretty easily.
