I'm doing a refresh of the rubbers on my '84 533i. Engine is running, but clearly all the hoses are cracked and hard as a rock.
Good news is most of the parts are still made by BMW or aftermarket. One hose that's NLA (and doesn't appear to be made by anyone) is 11631276820
It's #15 in this diagram (the 45deg hose from the IAC to the intake boot)
https://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/showpa ... Id=13_1073
This part is complicated by the fact it's two different sizes on the ends (smaller on the IAC than the L shaped hose connector)
I'm hoping someone has figured out an alternative (either from another car, or maybe a heater bypass hose, etc.)
Suggestions?
Alternative to IAC Hose (#11631276820) since it's NLA?

I assume you mean part #15 on the diagram...

Yes, typo has been corrected.

It appears Pelican has it, but I wouldn't hold my breath. https://www.pelicanparts.com/More_Info/ ... 76-820-M21
I'd probably go prowling a DIY junkyard looking for something close. Maybe BMW, maybe not, just something close. Then if it's soft, harvest it, if it's hard record what part off what car it is and see if you can buy a new one. Or take the old one off and see what a local auto parts store can find, again, close, not exact. It's got to be kind of fuel rated as engine oil will likely soften a water hose.

Thanks - was hoping someone might know of a supercede or compatible part.
I did end up going to the parts store and searching hoses, and found a great candidate, although it is a water bypass hose. That said, given it's readily available and easy to swap (and the fact this car will not see daily-driver duty) I opted to use it and keep an eye on it. It's easy to swap out regularly if needed. It doesn't appear my car has much oil coming from the vacuum system since the IAC and Throttle Body were pretty dry, so fingers crossed this lasts.
