Sport Seat Backs - Differences e30 to e28?

I am buying a car that has a set of sport seats but the plastic backs are missing. I know that there are some differences between e30 and e28 sport seats but haven't been able to find if this part is the same between the two.

Just trying to figure out how specific I need to be in my search, as the e30 stuff seems easier to come by.

E30 and E24 seats have a lever cutout in the sides to allow the seat back to tilt forward since the seats are universal for the coupes and sedans.
E28 seats do not tilt forward hence no cutout.

If I'm not mistaken that is the only difference in the sport seat backs.
