Really??? I was there and nobody told me. Of course I probably would have passed anyway since my wife was holed up in the hotel room all day and we went out to dinner.

Drive it as is!!! Or call in sick and do it, priorities ElGuappo... I know it's not "the fucking Catalina Wine Mixer" but a close second.

Reservations have been made. Hotel pricing is so nuts these days, Ramada North was 104 on Firefox. But it would crash, I couldn't make a reservation. So to Chrome where it was 105. WTF? Still a buck less on FF. Cleared all the cookies, now 101 on Chrome. So I upgraded a bit to a 115 room. After checkout now it shows it as 119! WTF? But... I'll be there, like it or not. :D

As per usual... I'll be there!
Should be in a white shark, engine TBD.

Will leave Slicktop City early Fri AM, so if anyone needs company on I-8... bring it!

Speaking of slicktops... appears I won't be needing this Saab moonroof any longer... raffle prize!

Short-ish drive from both venues (I15 / I8 area). Nice neighborhood.

Sounds like you need a top hat and make time for tea in Kensington.

Should we start a garage sale list? I've got things I could bring down but don't want to unless I know they are not coming back...

I'm currently working on putting together the real post as you're accustomed to seeing and it will have some updated information in it. I'll be switching out the great work I did in the OP (meaning it will be in this thread) when it's done and I'll post to that effect once it's up.

I met an assortment of the guys at 5er Fest 04 in SD but didn't make St Paddys day until 2016. Regardless, I see Darren, I think that's Chas next to him, Don Daynes, I think John SCB down in front and that's about it. Of course I'm not great on either names and faces let alone on a grainy pic, but that's all I can pick out.

I was not there the first year. Can't remember why. But if I'm not mistaken, I have been there every year since.

Don Daynes is in standing the middle of that picture with the white shirt.

Chinese New Year was 2/12 that year so probably not. Maybe I had SARS. Wait...

For those coming from far away, I'm sure you are aware that coronavirus has had several immediate impacts. Some flights cancelled, other routes completely abandoned.
Even locally, we are seeing companies suspending all corporate travel (such as SF to LA or SD) so as this grows, it will have an effect on regional flights and airlines as well.
Plan accordingly...
