It's a RAM Mount RAP-B-397BNHU. The vent is machined and has a reinforcement plate epoxied below. I use this to hold a Samsung Galaxy Tab A via a RAM-HOL-UN9U-1 and some other bits that were also machined to get the configuration I wanted. I don't have a pic "in operation" at the moment (the entire center console below the center vents is disassembled ATM).

I've also replaced my OBC with a plate with another attached RAM Mount ball and a Blue Sea Systems dual USB charger.
