Up for sale is my 1987 535i
Alpine White on Cardinal Red
Original 5 speed car with LSD
Clean title, no accidents.
CA car since new with no rust.
244,000 on the ODO (stopped rolling in 2021, driven ~1500 miles since)
This car is a driver not a show car. It's an absolute blast to drive, but the paint and interior doesn't look the greatest. However, the body is straight and rust free.
I've replaced the following parts under my possession:
-Complete engine tune up
-Cooling system refresh + new reservoir
-Freshly restored BBS Style 5 RC090 with brand new Hankook Ventus V12 tires
-Clutch master and slave cylinder
-New OEM clutch pedal box w/ reinforcement plate
-Brake pressure accumulator
-Rotors
-Brake pads
-Front upper/lower control arms
-Tie rod ends and center linkage
-BC coilovers
-Rear subframe bushings & diff mount
-Fresh Motul Trans and LSD oil
-Valvoline VR1 20W50 high-zinc oil
-IE Shifter DSSR + OEM Selector rod joint
-IE Short Shifter
-Alpina wood shift knob
-M-tech steering wheel
The bad:
Dash is cracked
Torn driver seat cushion (complete reupholstery kit available on eBay)
Paint is rough
Original R12 A/C doesn’t blow cold (recommend R134 conversion)
Price is $13,000. Open to similarly valued trades.
