1985 M535i ArticBlau on Tarrusrot $8500 Arizona

Post by SD45T-2 »

I Have Decided to sell my Euro M535i. I have owned this car For just over a year now. This car has been a fun project But Being a student right now a Euro car isnt the best choice for me. I have a offer from a local for a trade straight up for a 05 jetta GLI,but i am offering it up here to see if someone here wants to finsh the project.

http://www.bmwmregistry.com/detail.php?id=9994

Ive put a alot of work into it,And the car feels like a complete new machine then when i got it. It is not mint By any means,But it is mechanically sound. I am one of those people who will spend all the money on motor, and have a good running car vs a shitty running nice looking car.

You just checking to see if we are reading the whole list?

Pink needles, gotta be worth all the money. Can't get that upgrade from the dealer.

Oh man, that is the only way I would allow rot on an E28 and I never even though of it. The rest is like you were recording my dreams. That has got to be gorgeous combination in person.

I wish I had the money to save it from a VW trade.

Sounds like most of my cars, most of the time. :D

There's got to be a good reason for the "pink" needles.
Care to share?

Read closer and do some research: this is not an M5. This is an M535i, different animal entirely.

Yes the car is for sale. No the car isnt powered by a S38 or M88.

It is powered by a Dirty b34 motor.

I just got the car back from having some additional work done.
While in the shop, someone stole one of the centercaps. :|

Photos taken today. No fancy detail or Armour all. Just as it is everyday, no disneyland in the photos. The photos represent how the car really is.

Wish I knew where I am going to be living next year. :x

For about $15K in mild resto, this would be a perfect car.

Timing is all wrong right now. I would have to ship cross country and store for the next 20 months.

Awesome color combo.

It would have to be outside, and if I sold the 944 or the 380 SL it could be under a carport with a cover.
It'd would need to be tagged and insured for the exercise regimen I have in mind though.

The VW trade didnt happen today. The car didnt pass the inspection the way the seller said it would Came across as a Salvage Rebuid from a accident.

So its still here $8500 obo
