Up for sale is my 1981 528i E12 in Kastanienrot-Metalic.
It is an entirely original, clean-titled car and an excellent daily driver. However, I recently removed the 265 Getrag Transmission/Manual components for an E9 project, and the vehicle will be sold AS is. With 198k original miles.
In addition, I have included a dropbox link to share more photos of the car.
Assuming it's in LA and not Montana, per the plate? Any pics of the car in normal lighting? It appears as if there's some significant body damage but I can't make out what's rain or shadows or lighting. Everything from the crank to the diff is gone?

I too wondered where the car actually is at the moment. I can almost guarantee those photos were not taken in LA given the background.
So the question is: are those old photos before the car came to LA? or is it still in MT?
