intake flows 272 in 13.5mm lift, in 13mm lift 260 and 11mm lift 228.
exhaust flows in 11mm lift 133 and 13mm lift 133.
intake valve is 38mm (stock 35mm)
exhaust valve is 34mm (stock 31mm)
these measurements are done with non turbo use sucktion flowing meter.
so in turbo use it flows much better
valves are bigger than original and exhaust seats are 2mm bigger too.
valves are stainless steel.

Dear Dieselboost,
looks like a nice project. I have just restart my E28 524 again.
What is your goal for hp and torque, my one has 200hp and 380Nm in the actual setup, still using a 10mm hp plunger in the injection pump. I have also work on the cylinder head but use stock valves. With your 12mm injection pump and the bigges valves you should be able to to make 250hp+.
Here are some pics from my car, i have build a similar intake like yours, but designed as dual plenum intake. Did you think about using a NA intake as basis, this should flow much better than our strange designed turbo intake. I have allready bought a NA intake, but work in my golf mk1 in the moment, so this evolution has to wait a while.

Good look for your project, i will keep my eyes here.
